Last week we hosted a two-day Year 6 to Year 7 transition program for students commencing at the beginning of 2024.

The group was joined by our current MC Year 6 students, and they all participated in get-to-know you team activities, the highlight being an ‘Amazing Race’.

Over the two days they also got to experience a taste of what life in Secondary school is all about, with a brief introduction to all Learning Areas in preparation for next year.

Mrs Sarah Postans, Year 7 Coordinator, did a fantastic job of preparing the timetable for the students and it was great to see many parents attend the Information Session in the afternoon.

We look forward to seeing all our new Year 7’s in 2024!!
