Year 10 Sports Science

Students have been exploring how our body systems, especially the cardiovascular system, play a vital role in sport and performance. 

Throughout this unit, students have learned about the structure and function of the heart and lungs, taken part in a hands-on heart and lung dissection, and conducted research into how we can maintain a healthy heart.  It’s been fantastic to see their curiosity, engagement, and growing understanding of how science connects to real-world health and fitness!

Year 9 Criminal Pshychology

Students have been putting their investigative skills to the test!

They were challenged to solve a mystery involving one of our very own teachers, who had been up to no good. Using forensic techniques, students analysed fingerprint evidence to identify the culprit.

It’s been fantastic to see them thinking critically, working collaboratively, and applying real-world forensic science skills to crack the case!
