Year 6 Camp

Year 6 Camp

Our Year 6 students recently returned from an exciting class camp in Perth, where they stayed at the Woodman Point Recreation Camp.

Throughout the week, students participated in a range of engaging activities, including archery, rope challenges and bike riding. A highlight of the camp was the tour and scavenger hunt at Parliament House, where students learned about the workings of government while exploring this iconic building.

Students also enjoyed a variety of recreational outings, including mini golf and ten-pin bowling, providing plenty of opportunities for fun, teamwork and making memories with their classmates.

The camp was a fantastic experience, helping students develop independence, resilience and confidence while strengthening friendships ahead of their transition to secondary school. A big thank you to Mrs Middleton and Ms Garbin who accompanied the camp and helped make it such a memorable week for everyone involved.
