This term in Science, we are learning about Earth and Space. We made mobiles to represent the Solar System.

In CoRE this semester, our topic is Malleefowl: Survive and Thrive. In PC2 (Project Component), we are investigating the regeneration of the Malleefowl habitat. We are doing this by researching the optimal conditions under which plants grow.

In HASS, we finished our topics of Civics and Citizenship, Roles and Responsibilities, with a mock election. Candidates were chosen, along with a campaign manager, and they then had to design a poster stating what they stood for and showing how to vote. Students had to vote for candidates, and then all votes were counted using preferences until we had a winner, Miss Tora Hooper, representing the Nationals.
