We have had a very busy start to Term 3 with the Olympics, Science Week and Book Week.

Our class country was Jamaica, it was very interesting to learn about Jamaica, bake a Jamaican slice and it was very exciting when our class won the Primary Olympic Games!

During Science Week, we conducted a couple of experiments. We made crystals from borax and water, erupting volcanoes and a skittle rainbow.

We have had so much fun completing lots of different Book Week activities, book reports, drew magical characters from stories, made coloured dye bookmarks and wrote magical stories. We enjoyed parading off our costumes at the Book Week Parade.

This week we have been practicing very hard for our upcoming Athletics Carnival!
